Yes. Creating an account, browsing, making plans, joining rooms and messaging people is completely free. You only pay for event tickets, paid votes, or paid plans.

Buy tickets to events, start or join real-life plans with their own group chat, hang out in topic Rooms, vote in pageants, and discover spots and happenings around your city. Hosts can sell event tickets and run pageants, and earn cashback on what they spend.

Your wallet holds real naira you earn on GidiBox — cashback on your payments and join fees from any paid plans you host. You can withdraw it to your bank any time.

Every time you pay for something on GidiBox (an event ticket, a paid vote, a paid plan), you earn a small percentage back into your wallet as naira — automatically.

Open your Wallet from the profile menu, tap "Cash Out", enter the amount and pick your bank. You need a verified KYC and a saved bank account. Payouts are processed within 24 hours.

Only if the host set a join fee. You pay securely with your card via Paystack, and you're added to the plan straight away.

A plan is anything you want to do in real life and invite people to — a football viewing, suya and drinks, a beach run, a game night, anything. Anyone can start one.

Tap "Start a plan", give it a title, pick the location on the map, set the date, how many people can join, and whether people join instantly or you approve them. Then share it.

Open any plan and tap Join (or Request to join if the host approves members). Once you're in, you get access to the plan's group chat.

Yes — every plan has its own group chat for the people who joined. You can send messages and voice notes to sort out the details.

Yes — every plan has a share link you can send on WhatsApp or anywhere else.

Browse events, pick one, choose your tickets and check out. Pay with card, bank transfer or mobile money.

Yes — you get an email with your tickets and QR codes immediately after purchase.

Anyone can host — no upgrade needed. From the menu choose "Create Event", then fill in your event details, ticket types and pricing. Your event goes live once published.

Yes. Create a pageant, add contestants with photos, set a vote price (or make it free), and share it. Votes and results update live.

Earnings from your events and pageants build up in your balance. You request a payout to your Nigerian bank account during the weekly payout window.

Yes — your analytics show real-time ticket sales, revenue, check-ins and attendance.

Use the web scanner to validate tickets at the entrance, or share a scan link so your team can check people in without an account. Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once.
